Industrial Advisory Board and Workshops Feedback Report

The purpose of this deliverable is to describe the activities carried out around the Advisory Board during the first year of the project. The document describes the process followed in the constitution of the Board and the first feedback. Furthermore, the corresponding results and the actions proposed by the Consortium to address them are included.

Website and Materials Production v1

This document describes the dissemination and communication materials created and used in the frame of the i4Q project. The main tools presented are the i4Q website, the SharePoint, “printed” materials as posters or flyer and newsletters. In link with the COVID19 pandemic, some adjustments were made. It also gives an assessment of the impact of these channels.

Standardisation Plan and Status Report

D7.4 provides a summary of the activities carried out in Task 7.6 of the i4Q project. The basics of standardization are explained, from the different document types, to the levels of standardization, to the development of standards and the different ways of participating in the standardization process. The required preparatory phase for the development of the standardization strategy including the necessary research on the relevant committees and existing standards in the field of Industry 4.0 and data quality is then outlined. This is followed by a description of the elaboration phase, in which, on the one hand, knowledge about standardization is collected and forwarded to the project consortium and, on the other hand, the needs and potential of the project partners are identified.

Target-Driven Dissemination Strategy, Plan, and Reporting v1

This document aims at defining the dissemination strategy of the i4Q Project. It describes the objectives, targets, tools and assessment metrics used to reach the main dissemination goal: to make knowledge available in a suitable format to targeted audience and final consumers in order to increase the adoption of the i4Q Solutions. It gives the first reporting on the dedicated KPIs chosen for the project.
